Frequently Asked Questions
Can the LED dance floor be used outdoors?
Yes, only when the weather permits and there is no chance of rain. The floor must be installed on a perfectly level surface, and it cannot get wet.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 1 to 2.5 hours, depending on floor size and venue accessibility. If possible, we recommend arriving 3–4 hours before the event starts.
How long does pickup/strike take?
Pickup/strike usually takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on floor size and venue access.
How much Electricity power is required?
Most setups require 1–2 standard 120-volt 15-amp wall outlets. Our LED dance floor uses low power and produces no heat. For a 16x16 ft or 20x20 ft, use 2 different outlets.
What lighting modes are available?
We offer Automatic, Sound Active, DMX-controlled, and Remote Control modes. For the easiest experience, we recommend Automatic Mode, which runs our most advanced effects in auto-playback.
Can you match the dance floor colors and patterns to my theme?
Yes—custom colors and themed looks are available. We’ll let you know how closely we can match your request. Custom programming is available for an additional $100 per hour (optional add-on).
What surfaces can the dance floor be installed on?
The dance floor must be installed on a smooth, solid, level surface (for example: concrete, indoor carpet, tile, or hardwood).
What details do you need to provide an accurate quote?
To provide accurate availability and pricing, please share your event date, full event address, start and end times, and any special event requirements (COI). If you already know your preferred floor size or layout, include that as well.
